Ihagee Exa II
The Exa II, feature-wise, was a model in between the Exa I and the Exakta.
It had a focal plane shutter with speeds of 1/2 to 1/250th of a second. The
sector shutters tend to vignette with longer lenses. The Exa II did not. It also
has a lever film advance, something the other Exas from 1959 did not have.
What set it apart from the Exakta line was a fixed finder, a prism, and it
was based on the Exa style frame. It was produced from 1959 until 1963. Serial
numbers run from 200,000 to 290,000.
